I was born and raised in Owatonna, MN and feel privileged now to own a small business in this wonderful community. I completed my cosmetology education at Riverland Community College and have happily been doing hair in Owatonna for 17 years. I am always up for a challenge! I love to continue learning about this industry and sharing those tools with my clients.

Being an Owatonna native, I am happy to do what I’m passionate about in a town that I grew up in. I received my training at Riverland Community College and graduated in 2002. I am a free-spirited hairstylist with over 21 years experience. I love rocking out new styles and colors and transforming looks with pinch braid hair extensions. I stay current with celebrity and trending styles and love infusing modern and classic looks into each of my clients.

With over 17 years of being behind the chair, I still LOVE this job! After 10 years of operating a full service salon and spa, I have decided to have my own booth that is more private and functional for myself, clients, and family! With continued and on-going education, I am always sure to stay on trend. I love everything from cutting, coloring, waxing, styling/up-dos, and like to problem solve when something isn’t working for your current hair situation. I love product, and will be carrying all of my favorite lines!

Hello Owatonna! I'm Megan Salo. I've been a cosmetologist for 15 years. I grew up in Trempealeau, WI. I then went onto cosmetology school in Winona, where I practiced for 13 years. During my time in Winona, I met my husband. In 2019 he took a career change that brought us to Owatonna. After the move I stayed on in Winona for 1 year, then in 2020 I did hair in Northfield for 2 years. I am now excited to bring my talent and expertise to the Owatonna area. I love doing balayages, giving that perfect lived in blonde. Another favorite service is updos or any formal style for that special event you may have coming up! I'm looking to grow my clientele in Owatonna.
